Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -

• All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.

The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind.

In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you will be required to share parcel opening video at our email id hitnidonline@gmail.com whatsapp number (+91-9818480400) as soon as you unpack the items, and request a return within the next 24 hrs. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. 

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information: - 

• Order number  

• Delivery address 

• Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item and opening video of the parcel.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
