Exchange & Return
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -
• All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.
The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind.
In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you will be required to share parcel opening video at our email id hitnidonline@gmail.com whatsapp number (+91-9818480400) as soon as you unpack the items, and request a return within the next 24 hrs. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.

Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item and opening video of the parcel.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
